baby kisses

DD does the cutest thing lately. Sometimes when I'm holding her on my shoulder, she'll turn and give me a big, clumsy, slobbery kiss on the cheek. Or at least I'd like to think it's her attempt at a kiss - am I just deluding myself? It's not rooting, and it's not like the way she mouths her toys. She just plants a big open mouth on my cheek and grins. She only does it when she's in a really good mood. Can I count this as kisses? (I really wanna! :wub: )

Ava has just started to do the same thing - I think that they are kisses!!! aren't they the sweetest thing ever! I am trying to get Addison to do it so that I can get double kisses!! :wub: :wub:

It's a kiss, definitely! Patrick did that and now he is a pro kisser!

 

Try asking her for kisses and see if she gives you one. It's so much fun when you ask for one and they give it to you! One of my babies started at 6 months giving kisses when asked. It's a hoot! My other baby is now doing it, too.

I count it as a kiss!
