Baby Food

I hate having to buy a million jars of food at the grocery store. I would really like to buy it by the case somewhere. Sam's has cases but it's Gerber and they are only 3.5 oz compared to others that are 4ozs. And there are only 3 varies. Does anyone know anywhere to buy baby food by the case. I hate having bags of like 20 some jars for a week or so.

oh I feel your pain!! that is a great question!! I am only a member at Sams - and have the same problem I wonder if we could order it straight from the source- is there a gerber.com??? or maybe someone here is a member at costco and can tell us what they have?

That's a great suggestion - just not always practical if you're working FT and have a million other things to do.

The pedi said the boys could start solids around the time of their next appt so I've started buying a few jars here and there to stock up. i too would be interested to hear if anyone finds a place to buy baby food in bulk, particularly organic baby food . . .

 

costco by us does not sell baby food..so I went to Giant and bought 3 bags of babyfood at a time..it was awful...however check with Target b/c many times their prices were a little cheaper than Giant

 

Bj's wholesale has cases- 18 containers (plastic resealable) per case. I think they also have cases of jars too. GL! -Leighann

 

Babies R Us sells Earths Best Organic by the case (different stages and combos) and I believe you can even order it through Earths Best Baby Food website.
