Baby favors...need creative minds

Hello,
We always make up baby favors to pass out at the hospital and at home in the early days when people come to meet the baby or in this case the babies. I was wondering if anyone else does this and if anyone has any fun creative ideas for twins. Thus far we have a pkg of doublemint gum to put in the bags. I thought of twinkies but apparently they don't make them in twin packs and at our stores they sell for about $4 for a pkg of 10. We would want to put 2 in each bag. So that is only 5 favors per box and we usually make about 50 favor bags (we come from large families). That adds up quickly. We still may do it but I wanted to pick your brains and see if anyone else had any creative ideas? Please share if you do.

 

Twix maybe? They've got to be cheaper than Twinkies. Or those mini KitKats that just have 2 in the package?

 

Double Stuf oreos? You can dip them in chocolate and add a stick to turn them into lollipops and wrap them in plastic

 

Part of my shower favor was Double Mint gum...double the pleasure, double the fun! That was my husband's idea and I thought it was cute.

If you can find anything pear shaped (candy, etc): Wrap two together with tag "Perfect Pear" or "Perfect Pair"

 

Do you have a warehouse club near you? We have a BJs and they sell boxes of Twinkies- I think they are the kind you might see at the gas station where you can buy them individually.... except this is the whole case- and it is a club store price- no more than $5-$6 for the case- not sure how many are in the case though- but that might be something to look into.
