My DH and I are having ID boys. We agree on Baby A's name, but not on Baby B's. The 2 names we're considering are pretty similar. Please share which you like better and why. I won't share my pick til later. Thanks!!

I like the name owen better. I don't have a good reason, just sounds better to me. Owen sounds little more distinguished, I guess. What is the name for baby A?

    Owen.

Assuming that is baby B is a boy?
I think of Rowen as a girl's name.

I think I would have to know what Baby A's name is to see which one I would like better to go with it. To be honest I like both names equally, but that wasn't a choice. I didn't vote yet.

I actually love the name Rowan, but I also think of it as a girl's name (though if you search for it on the Social Security baby names website, it says it's a boy's name). So I voted for Owen.

But I agree, it would help to know what Baby A's name is.

Baby A is Bennett. I think either name goes with it.
One of my concerns with Rowen is that it is also a girl's name.
I like it, but Owen is my pick.

Rowan is a girly name to me so Owen. Now Ronan would be great

I picked Rowan because I'm currently not a fan of names beginning with a vowel. I also haven't heard it before (except as a book title by Anne McCaffery, where it's a girl's name), whereas I've met a few Owens in the 0-10 year old range, so I like that it is more unusual.

I also love the name Bennett...that's my grandmother's maiden name so I'm considering it for a name if we have a boy!

I LOVE the name Bennett!! And I LOVE the names Rowen and Owen - I do not think you could go wrong with either!!

I would spell Rowen with an e for a boy!

I think either name would go good. Good luck with the picking
