a boy and girl respectively. My dh and I are thrilled. Everything checked out beautifully with both of them. He measured one week ahead of their gestational age and she measured right on track. Before you start feeling bad for her being smaller, she doesn't seem to be letting him get away with anything. We saw her give him a few good kicks. We wondered when we were watching him as he was "checked out" first why he had his hands in fists up by his head, then we saw her kicking away at him and figured it out ;) . . . too funny.

Now we just need to get the new room for my ds ready and put a more neutral paint color up to replace the blue in the nursery. Hopefully, we'll have a minivan (2008 Town and Country--beautiful car!) by the end of this weekend and I'll get my Christmas shopping out of the way as I have appointments every 2 weeks now . . . oh yeah, and I guess we have to come up with the names . . . I'm inclined to make them closer-sounding since they are not going to be confused for the other being different genders. We'll see.

Well, just wanted to post about the "big" ultrasound! It's been awhile since I posted.

My baby B (also girl) always measured smaller than her Brother... They were born at 7 lbs and 5 lbs 11 oz...

Congratulations!! One of the things I miss most about being pregnant is the ultrasounds and watching them interact. Cherish it, they will before you know it!

There will be a lot more pushing and kicking throughout your pregnancy and the rest of their lives. Mine are closing in on 2 and are fighting more each day.

    Congratulations

yes welcome to the b/g club!! And don't be too sure they won't be confused for the other gender...DD could be swathed head to toe in pink and DS in blue and people would still say "oh you have 2 boys"....have fun with names!

Yay for b/g. Avielle was always baby A, and was quite smooshed by my little boy. To this day she is really big on having her "space"...she really doesn't like to be cuddled much, and I think it is just in rebellion from being so smooshed in the womb! LOL! But my baby boy, who loved to have his head right up under my heart is still my cuddler..and when he cuddles he really likes to be close...he'll put his face right on my face, thumb in mouth, grabbing my cheek while he sleeps. Have fun picking out those names!!

Congratulations!!! My baby A is also a boy and baby B a girl. He has her practically folded in half way up at the top while he hogs all of the room down below. She also measures about 5 days behind him, but they reassured us that is normal.

Have fun picking out names and painting the nursery. We have our names picked out, but still need to move our youngest out of the nursery and decide on a theme.

Yay! Congrats on your b/g twins! I have a twin brother--I was born smaller than him, but that was the last time he was bigger until we were 15 years old!
