We can't quite decide whether taking our 9 month old girls to Sea World is a good idea or not. The weather should be nice and they would be in a stroller for most of the time, but I just wonder how they will do. Has anyone attempted this? What would you do? We don't have someone to watch them because our whole family is planning on going so it's either go with the babies or stay home (beach house) with the babies. Any advice?

When my guys were just over 10 months old we went to Sesame Place with a Twinstuff group and they did great. We had lots for them to drink and made sure they wore lots of sunscreen.

I would say go for it, but then again I took them to Olive Garden the day we all came home. :)

My Hub and I took our 3-month-old boys to the San Diego Zoo! I wanted to go for my birthday, and I figured the sunshine would do the boys good...

We packed enough for a few feedings, changed them on benches in private parts of the zoo, and had a great day!

I say go for it, especially if the whole family is there to help!

I say go for it. We have annual passes to Disney and have been taking the boys since they were 3 months old. Make sure they have plenty to drink, sunscreen, and snacks (maybe some fruit (if its been introduced) to help keep them hydrated as well). Have fun and take pictures.

We took our twins to Silver Dollar City when they were 3 weeks old. I live by front packs/back packs at the parks.

I say , go for it!! We took all four kids to an amusement park last weekend. Babies even went on their first ride. Carousel ride. They loved it. Iagree with pp, sun screen and lots of snacks.

When my oldest was about 5 months old, we used to live in Orlando and we'd go to the parks all the time. Now she's 5, and the twins are 3.5 months. I take all of them to the amusement park here by me in NJ all the time- and by myself (hubby works nights and is usually asleep when we go)! Just as the other posters said, pack well (extra clothes and enough bottles/diapers) and make sure they can be comfortable and protected from the sun. Enjoy yourselves!

We go to the zoo and aquarium all the time. I even do it by myself occasionally. I think Sea World would be a great one to start with! There will be animals for them to look at and if you want to go on a ride, have someone in the family push them around a little bit. We actually took the boys to Sea World when they were 2 months old. My ILs came with us. DH and I got to do everything we wanted to. The Shamu show was really loud and we were glad we didn't bring the boys in with us. It might be okay for 9 months, but I know my Jake would hate it. He hates loud noises. We're going to take them back in the fall. I say go for it and have a wonderful time!

I would definitely go, especially if there are two of you. I just bring toys they can play with in the stoller and a diaper bag. Let us know how it goes!

    Take them.

We have always taken our children everywhere. It is always doable :)

Thanks for all your advice! We ended up taking them and they did great! I totally felt like I blended in with all the double strollers at Sea World, now that's a first!
