Awwwww moment of yesterday

They wrote letters to Santa at daycare. I put them in my pocket so we could mail them later.

On the drive home, the radio said something about hip-hop, and both kids go, "HUNGRY HIPPO!!" Then they start yammering about who would be what color and how many marbles they're going to eat (I know they've seen one commercial for HHH and Alice got extremely excited then but that was at least a week ago.)

So, when I open up the letters to Santa, Alice asked for a Hungry Hungry Hippo game. Awwwwwwww, she wants a game!! So I think I'm going to mention to family that the children's board games would be a good addition now, but Santa is definitely bring her the HHH game.

Roycie asked for a rocking horse. Which is really funny because we went to a bounce house over the summer and they had little bouncy ponies, and he wouldn't bounce on the big structures, but would not get off of the little pony. And he's ridden real horses before and loved it. And he likes to play with Alice's MLPs. So I suppose I need to find him a big sized rocking horse because the little wooden one he has just isn't cutting it.

We love games at our house to. Candyland and Shoots and Ladder adn Memory are what we have and DD loves to play them. Also thinking of getting more for Christmas.

Oh my goodness!!!! I LOVED HHH as a kid!!! You just made me want that game now!! I think I will go get it for Christmas for the girls -- (or myself LOL!!!)
