    Since you aren't a rewards member, follow this link to the end, and it will give you directions for uploading your new pic. TS does ask a small donation for the update--it can be as little as $.50. Please keep in mind that avatars are updated by the admins by hand, so it isn't instantaneous. Also, it will be cropped to 125 pixels if it isn't already that size.
