Austin and Alyssa

    Well it all started last Thursday and I wasn't feeling well that day so I went home after taking my daughter to daycare and stayed in bed all day! I got up about 5pm to check my emails. I had to go to the bathroom so I got up and went to the bathroom and my water broke. I called my hubby who was picking up our two year old and told him that he better hurry home because my water just broke. I wish I would have had a tape recorder on the other end of the phone because he was in a fit trying to get our daughter to leave daycare! He got home and we got Kylie to grandma and grandpas house and we headed to the hospital. Both of the babies were head down, but the doctor on call only delivered twins by c-section. So at 8:34pm on July 31st Alyssa Gayle Klafka was born to the world weighing in at 6lbs. 12oz and 18 1/2 inches long and her baby brother got here at 8:35pm on July 31st, Austin James Klafka, weighing in at 6lbs. 14oz. and 19 inches long. I had them at 36 weeks and 6 days. No NICU time. Alyssa had some problems getting her poop out and keeping the food in, but all was fixed in the room and we came home yesterday. Thank god my mother is here because I don't know what or how I would do this without her. She is my lifesaver! We had gotten on a pretty good routine, but we are going off 4 1/2 hours of sleep last night. I will keep all posted! Here are some pictures!

    Congratulations! :Clap: Welcome Alyssa and Austin! I love the picture of your DD holding one of them(Alyssa I'm guessing based on the blanket). Glad you all are home.
