At what age do they laugh?

Hi,
Jake & Josh will be 5 months on Thursday. :clapping: They smile a lot and coo, but I have not heard either of them lol. I was just wondering when this will happen because I'm so looking forward to it.

Right around 5-6 months, but Royce was cracking up a few weeks before Alice even started laughing.

For my ds, he started laughing around 4 months. My dd started laughing around 6/7 months. It will definately be worth the wait. :wub:

 

I think mine were late laughers. Seemed to take them to about 7-8 months or so.

 

my DS has been laughing for a couple weeks now. First it was a giggle, but now it's becoming full blown laughter. My DD is still in the giggling and screaming when she's being tickled or something

 

I just got my first laugh out of Olivia yesterday (almost 3 months)...but I had to really coax it...I can't remember with the twins off the top of my head.

 

Our twin boys started laughing out loud the week they turned 4 months old... but I had to work my tail off to get them to laugh - they will be 5 months old tomorrow and they're laughing more now. Babies are so different, though, and just like walking or crawling - some will laugh early some late. Its so fun when they start though!

 

Mine were both laughing at about 3 1/2 months...I imagine yours will soon, and when they do, it's heaven!
