asking for dh

    They are going to have mozzarella cheese (melted) for the first time tonight. He thinks it is not safe, I think it is ok. What do you guys think?

    Its fine as long as you cute it up small and give them small portions and they swallow it before they have more.

    Yup, we did, it was like a mozzarella grilled cheese. It wasn't even that hot by the time they ate the little bit that they ate. It was fine.
