are these B-H contractions?

Having been through labor with my son, you'd think I'd know what any kind of contraction feels like, but over the past however many weeks (I'm 32 weeks now) I've been experiencing at least once a day a sensation like the babies (who are longitudinal, with one vertex and one breech) are "stretching" out, mostly upward toward my ribcage. Nothing painful, just weird and slightly uncomfortable. At about four this morning it occurred to me that it happens overall like a contraction wave, and oftentimes neither baby had been moving around prior to that feeling, and it's probably a little too coincidental that they would move like that simultaneously... so do these sound like Braxton Hicks contractions? They seem to occur at pretty random occasions -- I could be walking or sitting/lying down for a while -- and definitely not in a regular pattern. I'm definitely asking my OB about this at my next appointment, but I just thought I'd see if I could ease my curiosity here first!

    Thanks for any insight!

The early BH's that I couldn't feel, my stomach would get hard. That's how I could tell. Touch your tummy next time you feel it. If it's all hard, then yup.

Thanks! :) Yes, the whole area does feel harder, so it sounds like they're probably contractions -- I just never had them with my singleton, so the thought didn't occur to me until now!

I used to think it was my babies too until I realized my tummy was getting hard and it was symetrical on both sides of the top of my tummy. It feels kinda similar to when the babies move so it took me a while to figure it out!
