Are Modular Wall Panels Good for Coworking or Event Spaces?

I manage a small coworking hub where the layout constantly changes. Some days we run workshops, on weekends we host small conferences, and twice a month we get local artists who need exhibition space. Building anything permanent makes no sense, but moving heavy partitions around is exhausting. Do modular panels actually hold up in real daily use?

My main concerns are durability and whether the walls look “finished” or just like temporary stands at a fair. People notice these details, and I want the space to feel polished.

We had the same concerns until we switched to modular walls on https://arthangingsystems.com.au/products/modular-walls/ for our event hall. I didn’t expect them to look this clean — they actually make the room feel more structured and intentional. We’ve rearranged them at least a dozen times already, and they haven’t worn out or become wobbly. For workshops we build smaller enclosed zones, for events we open the whole space, and for exhibitions we reconfigure it into a gallery layout. The transition takes minutes. And honestly, one of my favorite parts is how easy it is to store the panels — they don’t take up much room when not used. If your coworking space is always changing, these walls solve a lot of headaches.
