Are her feet really tiny?

So DD will be 10 months in a few days and everyone keeps saying how small her feet are. In another post someone linked to Pedipeds shoes and it says that she should be in a 4 or 4 1/2. It also states that 0-3 months is a size. DD was measured at Stride Last week and they said she was a small 2. The lady working seemed surprised but didnt really say my kid was a freak or anything.

Are other little girls feet this small.

DS is a 3 1/2 or 4 depending on the shoe.

I hope she can walk on those little feet.

 

That is small. When my girls were that age they were a 3 which was small too. Now at 2, they are in a 6.5 so their little feet have caught up and I'm sure yours will too

 

My dd has tiny feet too. She is barely a size three at one year! She's 50% for height and weight, so it's not like she's super tiny, but somehow she walks on those little things!

 

I wouldn't know since all my girls have feet like hobbits. Just not hairy. Lol

We aren't the same age- but I have some newborn shoes someone got for the girls and they STILL don't fit- the girls seem to have tiny little feet. My son seemed the same too- but I think he has caught up some- he is a 7.5-8 at 2.5 years. I think he was barely at 3 at 1 year and he walked ok- not until he was 15 months, but still did fine

 

I have one with little, skinny feet too. She was barely in a Stride Rite size 3 at a year.

 

At 9 months, we had not been sized, but I'm guessing Grace was probably a 2 to 2.5 at that point. Her feet were tiny for the longest time, but now she's catching up to Lily. She's now a 6, Lily a 6.5.

 

I feel better now. I was starting to think my kid was gonna look strange. She cruises well and all and has even taken 4 steps by herself, but still I was thinking it must be hard to balance on feet that are not much bigger than her ankles.
