Anywhere Chair

Anyone have the Pottery Barn Anywhere Chairs for their kids? If so, do you have the "My First" or standard size? Do your kids like them?

I am thinking about getting them for Christmas and was not sure what size to get. My kids are 15 months but small for their age.

We have the regular size ones (PBK has the small "My First" ones and "Oversized" ones too). We love them, but if you want the kids to be able to use them for awhile, then get the regular size ones! They are still big; even I can sit in them fairly comfortably! I would definitely avoid getting the oversized ones...they will definitely take up tons of space!

 

our girls are getting the regular sized ones this Christmas as well....from what my friends have said, don't get the smaller one or the really big one....get the regular one!! Their kids love them!

 

Mine are getting the regular ones too. I found them cheaper on ebay. We got them in the mail a couple of weeks ago. They are a nice size. Now I need to decide on colors!

 

We got ours for their 2nd Christmas when they were 14/15 months and they still use them daily at age 3. They love to watch their favorite shows in them, build forts with them, read in them, etc. We have the standard size. I think they would outgrow the small ones pretty quickly. The standard ones do take up some room though!

 

We also have the standard size ones and they love them. Our niece also has one and she is 2 years old and uses hers all the time. I would imagine the smaller size is nice, but the standard size will last longer and you'll get more use out of it. (Especially since it seems like they grow up so fast!) They are also very easy to put together and wash!

 

We have the My First Anywhere Chair. They got it for their 1st b-day. My girls are small too (17 & 19 pounds at their 15 month appointment). They LOVE LOVE LOVE their chairs. They are the perfect size. Do you have a PBK store near you? Maybe they have the different sizes there that you could check out? We have a small house so I don't think that we could have fit even the regular size chairs, maybe one but not two...

 

We are ordering our PBK "Anywhere Chairs" for our 14 mos old twins for their Christmas gift.

We have two of the regular size ones. We went to a PBK store before we bought them to see the difference in the size. We thought the smaller ones would be too small fairly quickly. We bought ours shortly after their first birthday. They really don't sit in them much yet (they aren't still for more than 30 seconds at a time)! However, they love to climb on them and are now trying to learn how to "jump" off of them. What fun!

 

We have the regular size chairs. We bought them when our girls were about 15 months old and the size was fine. They still love them now and sit in them every day.
