DS has had his two bottom teeth for a little over a month but DD doesn't have any teeth.

Wondering how late some of your twins got teeth?
    I'm not worried, just curious.

They seem to do everything else so quickly, I guess I just assumed they'd have a full mouth, hahaha.

My youngest 2 got their first teeth at a year. Joey was days from 13 months, and Ellie was a few days short of 12 months.

My oldest had teeth at 6mo, so I thought their teeth would never show up!

My second son got his teeth at 8 months, and one of my girls got hers at 9 months. Both were full-term at birth.

My friends daughter got her first tooth at 15 month. FWIW, she was also eating full time table food by 10 month.

Maia got her first tooth on July 4th so she was 8.5mo old. And she got her second tooth a month later. Her whole mouth is swollen now so I am thinking she'll get a bunch at once.

I didnt get my first tooth till 9mo. Were you a late teether?

Not really sure when you are supposed to get them, however, I was just wondering the same thing because mine don't have any yet. They have been teething FOREVER. But no teeth.

The longer it takes for their teeth to come in the generally healthier they are!! So that's good!!

We had a couple of teeth on DS at 7 mos. and no more till a year and then DD got her first tooth 4 days after turning 1!!! She's got a mouthful, I assure you!! It's all GOOD!!

My girls didn't get their first tooth until they were 13 months old.

I think the late eruption of teeth tends to produce healthier teeth because the teeth had been protected through most of the bottle stages where milk and formula tend to pool in the mouth and cause decay.

One of my girls didn't get her last tooth until almost age 4. There was a gap in the front where a tooth should be, but it didn't come in and everyone had thought she lost it. It did eventually come in, and strangely enough, it became loose when it should have and has already been replaced with a permanent tooth.

Sometimes the teeth just operate on their own time schedules.

DD got her two around 9 months, DS just got his a month ago and nothing else seems to be working its way in. All the other twins we know have 7-10 teeth a piece.

Super! I was just making sure there were others out there. And there are a lot more than I anticipated.

I was raised by a nanny and therefore my mom doesn't know when my teeth came in Because I also heard that plays a factor as well.

My DD just got her first tooth a couple of weeks ago. We're still waiting on DS. My pediatrician said that they don't really worry until a year, and even then they usually just do a quick x-ray and find them below the surface. She didn't sound worried at all.

My Julianna cut her 2 bottoms by 7months 3 weeks, my Katelyn nothing. My Julianna has now cut her 3rd and her 4th is poking through and she is 10 months 2 weeks, her sister is still toothless.

Hannah was 13 months. She had a full set of teeth shortly thereafter it seemed. They all kind of came in at once!
