Anyone use Walmart diapers?

The baby does just fine in all the name brands so I'm thinking of trying some generics as we're poor with 3 kids in diapers :p . Since it's only one baby, I'm going to avoid the BJs/Costco amounts. Anyone use Walmart, Target, etc?

We've had no issues with the White Cloud (Walmart) and the Target Brand. We've also done the Berkley and Jensen from BJs.

I have used the Target brand and they were okay. I prefer the Costco ones myself - plus it comes in a much larger box that lasts a WHOPPING almost two weeks with twins....

I tried parents Choice at Walmart and another brand and they both leaked. But Costco seem to work fine. If you get Luvs make sure they have teh stretchy tabs. Some donn't and were a pain to use.

I wonder if Parent's Choice in Canada are different than the US because our wide butt baby grows out of them more quickly than name brand! Mr. slim and trim has no problem. Beyond the fact that you need to move up a size before they hit the weight limit, we like WalMart diapers. You need to give them a good stretch before you put them on. We had one bad batch with tags that weren't very sticky, but that's it. Oh, one other problem is the size is not marked and our boys are in different sizes - very difficult at 3am to tell the difference!
We are not Costco members and we had one box early on as a gift. I remember being very satisfied. I love the Kirkland wipes! I'm always hinting to members about what a nice gift they make!
At the moment we are using a grocery store brand that I learned are made locally (support local jobs and they are decent diapers at a decent price).

I actually use huggies overnites- only at bedtime. During the day we use Target cheapies. We've had less leaks with the Target brand than Walmart.

I've tried the Target brand once so far. They did okay during the day but leaked at night. We don't have a Target very close to us, though, so I mostly use White Cloud. They've never given us any problems, but I know the Target brand and Parents' Choice are both chaper.

I preferred the Target brand over Parent's Choice because they seemed to fit my slim guys better. Tried Sam's club and didn't care for them. I tried Luvs when they were smaller and didn't care for them but once they were in a size 3 they did great. Like one the pps said, make sure you get the ones with the stretchy tabs...not all the packages say that and they don't work as well. White Cloud were okay but they didn't fit the boys well and they leaked for us.

The Kroger brand leaked for us. We made them day time, in the house diapers until we used them up. We've used the Target brand, I think, and they were just fine. The Publix brand (they have a great baby club, BTW) is great for my DD, but we have to make sure everything is positioned just right for our DS or else they leak. :p Once we took a little more care with positioning them (and him, haha), we've had better results.

I hated the Wal-Mart ones. They leaked a lot, especially on my son! Target ones were slightly better.

I love the Costco ones and a case lasts almost 3 weeks for us.

I also love the Costco wipes. We just started our second case and the babies are almost 8 months old!

I use "Aloft" brand diapers, they are the generic at IGA grocery stores and I like them alot, they are $7.40 for a package of 40. I also LOVE the Target brand diapers, although some on here at TS dont like them at all. We have not had one blow out diaper or rash with them. The aloft diapers I will say Alyssa has been peeing through at night for the last 3 nights BUT I am saying that is due to the fact she seems to have an undying thirst and has really been hitting the sippy cup hard this week. :D

ETA: I also like Costo (Kirkland) wipes or Huggies wipes. I HATE pampers wipes or any generic brand of wipes... they are like using a wet dryer sheet! YUCKO!

Thanks, everyone. I still have the twins in diapers so we buy at BJs for them but this little one I don't think I need to buy that much in bulk. With the rate of her growth, I'd have too many leftover. She's 13 lbs at 3 weeks (she was 10.13 at birth). I'll try Target and Walmart and see what happens. I've used the CVS brand on the boys and was surprised how well they did! But, CVS is rather inconvenient for us to get to. Thanks for all your thoughts!

the diapers? 234... my MIL just got us a box so we could try them out, except they are too small so we are going to see if we can return them for a bigger size. (we are currently using pampers swaddlers size 1, and those are getting snug, and compared to those the costco ones size 1-2 are a tad smaller, they remind me of huggies actually... this size of costo goes up to 15 pounds. we're gonna try the size 3 (next step up) 16-28 lb even tho our girls are only like 15 lb...

okay, somewhere in there ^^^ i missed a parantheses, and it's a major run-on sentence, sorry! lol
