Hi - I was just curious if anyone used the buggy board on the back of their strollers for their toddler to stand on while the twins were in their double stroller? I am expecting #4 in early March '09 and have been trying to do some research on this to maybe let one of the twins stand on that so that the infant could be in the stroller with the other twin. My singleton is old enough to walk beside me finally! :)

I'd just appreciate any input that anyone could offer up on the buggy board. Thanks so much! Oh, here is a pict of what it is in case you may not remember the name........

    Thanks so much!

I don't have any experience, but I have recommended it to my SIL who wants to have another baby. I think it's a cool thing and they might really like it!!

I've never had one either, but before i had my own children, I nannyed for a family of three small children. They had one and we loved it and he loved standing on it. The only thing that was difficult was that you can't take a full stride with it attached on the back. You are a little limited in the way you walk. But, the positives totally outweigh the negative.

I bought one a few months ago off of Craigslist. It is attached to the back of my side-by-side stroller. I love it and so does my DD! She just turned 4 (twins are 16 months), but she is very jealous of the twins and the fact that they get to be in the stroller. We use it a lot when we go for walks and the stroller definitely gets harder to push when she is riding, but I'm pushing a total of 70 lbs so it's expected. It is do-able though, I just took all 3 of them for a mile walk tonight by myself. I do make her get off of it occasionally on hills or just for a break. It is awesome though for going places though since it helps keep her contained. I even had a policeman stop me tonight while we were on our walk to tell me how cool the buggy board was. We were on a section of our street that doesn't have sidewalks and it's perfect for keeping her right next to me. I've never attached it to my front-to-back stroller so I don't know how easy it would be to push the stroller with the board right in front of your feet. The people I bought of from used it that way though.

Thanks so much for the input everyone! I really appreciate it. I think that I might go ahead and give it a try once I get a little closer to my due date. Can't hurt to see how it works! Thanks again!!

I have one and my oldest loved it. We used it when he was 4 and 5 and it actually has a little seat that pops up. I can sell it to you for way less than the Toys R Us one if you want Kim. I have all the parts etc. PM me if you are interested.
