If you live in Canada, go to Addition Elle and look at the plain white or beige underwire bras that go up to H cup. I have 2 and wash them out every day. They're not nursing bras, but are easily uhooked at the shoulder. If you're in the States, I'm sure any plus-size shop that carries bras will have something similar. If you're interested give me your email and I can send you a link or a photo. These bras are way better than the nursing one I have. They cost about $60 each.

I have always found that a sports bra is great support, for the front and the back. I am a large breasted woman, and have found that it really helps with the tender breasts from pregnancy and the back pain from being front/top heavy.

I wear Oprah's favorite.....the Le Mystere bra. It is wonderful. You can find them at Macy's, Dillard's, or online I think. I was large before I got pregnant and more so after.....I can't recommend this bra any stronger!

A friend of mine suggested Bravo Designs (can be found on the web). They have a HUGE selection of sizes. I am normally a C cup, but have grown much bigger with this pregnancy...and my milk hasn't even come in! AUGH! She was in the same boat and fortunately was someone I could ask. Fortunately too, they are not too expensive. I have another friend who swears by any bra at Nordstroms, but you are usually paying at least $50 for one of those.

Good luck and I hope you feel better!
