Anyone Having Monodizygotic Twins Nov/Dec

Just looking for other moms of identical twins that are due in Nov/Dec. I'm expecting identical twin girls (Kelsey and Kayley) on Nov 4th. Due date is Dec 2nd, but c-section scheduled for Nov 4th at 36 weeks. Just looking for other moms out there that are going through this pregnancy with twins like me!

 

How about dads? We're due December 1st, but the perinatologist said he wants to go in after them on November 10th.

 

I'm due (40 wk EDD ) Dec 2 with mono/di boys and my peri says that full term is 38weeks. I'm expecting for them to arrive in Nov

 

I am due December 25th with mono/di girls. My dr says he will schedule a c-section for 37 weeks (the week of December 4th).

 

I'm due December 19th, with mono/di girls. My doctors haven't mentioned a time limit, so I'm hoping for early December babies!

 

I'm due in January with mono/di girls, but we'll schedule a c/s for the week of Dec 18th.

I am not having id twins but I just had to chime in and say I love the names your have picked out for your two girls! Especially Kelsey....we are having b/g twins that we have chosen to name Kelsey Madisyn and Ryley Thomas....so I guess I am partial to the Kelsey. Nice to see someone else that also likes the name. I have come across alot of people when I tell them the names we have chosen if they ask that aren't crazy about Kelsey....My sister in law has a Best Friend named Chelsea...I am not close to her....and she says how close it is to Chelsea, but I dont care. We are not changing LOL.

I am due January 12th (40 wks) but my Doctor says that he will want to take them by December 15th (36 weeks) if they havent already come (he is thinking they will come between 33-35 weeks ) because I am so short and have such a small frame, he is afraid my uterus wont beable to hold much longer after 36 weeks and that the babies will run out of room.

My 40 week date is December 1st and at my app yesterday found out I will have the c section at 36 weeks (God Willing), like you. 9 weeks to go!!! It feels great to have a proper date at last =)
Was also given three of those cool 3d/4d ultrasound photos yesterday - complete surprise - so amazing to really see the babies and the one with less amnio fluid looks distinctly squashed and bad tempered, lol. Like his mommy, he needs his space! Have you got them/are you getting any?

How are you feeling? I'm a bit tired and achy as of late, especially around the ribs on my right side, and wondering if I'm going to be able to get out of bed by the time I get to 32/34 weeks, lol. It's scary to imagine how big I'm going to get!

Cute names you've chosen for your girls! We have one - Eli - but are still choosing between a couple of others. Funny, before I knew it was boys I had my girls names picked out already - girls names are easier I think!

Mono/di Twin girls Due CHRISTMAS DAY!!!


Family has a bet they will come around Thanksgiving!!

 

well my 40 week EDD is january 8th, but i am sure i will have them in december. i am soooooooo excited! lol Mine arent ID though....my family is betting i go the 2nd to last week of november but i hope they stay in there and cook a little more than that. cuz my other two girls were little bittie at full term so i need these ones to get as big and healthy as they can for me! good luck!

 

I'm not due this year, but I was due with my mo/di twin girls last year! I was due Dec 6 and delivered Nov 26 at 38w4d! It has been a wild year! The great thing is that you can send a combined xmas card/birth announcement, it was awesome!
