anyone have the PBK's MyFirstTable&Chairs?

I want to get a table and chairs for the girls. I was looking at the Pottery Barn Kids "My first table and chairs" b/c my aunt works at Pottery Barn Kids and can get us a 40% discount...

I was wondering if anyone had this and if you like it?

Or, do you recommend any other type of table/chairs?

This is what we got for Christmas, and it is wonderful!

 

I love everything that I gotten at Pottery Barn Kids! The quality has been good and everything is cute.

When I was looking for a table and chair set for the boys (around 16months old...about 3 years ago), PBK did not have a smaller scale table/chairs. At that time, I wanted to find a chair seat height of 11-12inch that they could get themselves up and into. So I ended up finding a honey colored wood set online that had a Pottery Barn look. I wanted something that would blend into our familyroom and not have cartoon characters all over it (not my style). We ended up buying 2 more similar sets (a little bigger chairs for their age) for each of their bedrooms. They have gotten so much use out of their tables and still do.

If you can get a 40% discount at PBK...go for it! Most of the standard wood table(some veneer)/2 chairs are at least $100+

 

I am a HUGE fan of PBK. We just recently got them their "Anywhere" chair for Christmas. They climb and sit in them in the morning when watching Disney channel. I do want to get table/chairs for them as they are learning how to sit still for a long period of time with climbing in and out at one of the play group house. I can't decide on which color to get either honey wood or white with color chairs. I know they'll be worth for a few years for them to use for their play room.

I would go ahead and get the discount and they'll be resale if you ever need to sell them.

We have this one but the table is a different color. PBK table/chairs The girls LOVE it! They play with it everyday and it's extremely sturdy.

We have the PBK Carolina table and chairs. They are the perfect size and they use it all the time. The table is especially nice because the corners are rounded so there are no sharp corners or edges. My only complaint us that there are some areas that lack paint because it is supposed to have an antique look.
