I was wondering if anyone purchased and used the new Baby Planet Unity Stroller. Its very new so there are limited reviews, of which are mixed. It looks like everything I wanted but I wondered if anyone used this yet. Thanks in advance!!

I just received this stroller, which I wanted, for my shower. I haven't used it yet but my husband and I inspected it quite thoroughly and it met the good reviews we encountered while researching twin strollers. In my opinion, it is far more sturdy than the Combi and McLaren strollers we looked at. It folds up quite nicely and isn't too heavy. The only drawback I saw was the lower storage area, which is a bit blocked but not a huge flaw. The one thing we also really liked about this stroller was the handle: it's short, comfortable, and made steering a real breeze.

I recommend it. Sturdiness, steering, and how it collapsed were my major concerns and this stroller met all of my expectations. I guess we'll see when the twins use it to see how things really fair. It also looks very hip.

I just took a look at it online. The only issue I would have with it is no snack tray. I just think it's crazy to spend hundreds and not to have a snack tray for the kids. I've decided to go with the Peg Perego Aria.

Thanks for your response. Was it difficult to fold or too bulky after folding? I heard about the lower storage area problems but do you think you could throw a diaper bag on the handle?

The snack tray was the ONLY thing keeping me from buying it on the spot. I agree with you.

We don't use our snack tray a ton, but I do like having it. We usually bring our snacks in our Snack Trap, which is a great option to use if you have a stroller like that.

Looks awesome. And the baskets do look larger than most SBSs that I have seen. I would love to see that stroller in person!

It was easy to fold, even for me! I think the Aria Twin was the best folding and least bulky stroller I came across but the BabyPlanet stroller isn't bad.

The handle is smaller than most but it actually makes turning so much easier. It might depend on what kind of diaper bag you have, but I was able to throw mine around it (a diaper dude).

I know that because this stroller is so new, no one seems to have in stock just yet for a test drive. But at least it may be the case that when you need it for your babies, it will become more available in stores to check out. It's the only item my husband and I asked for that was sight unseen, except for what we could find online. And, I was really surprised someone bought it for us now. We have the Baby Trend Snap and Go with Graco Snugride seats when they finally come! (It's helpful to have twins in the family so we were able to get some items for free).
