feel like all they want to do all day is eat. I have had not a moment to myself today or the last few days actually. I get done with one or am feeding one and during it the other cries and wants to eat. Am I just feeding them too much? They don't want their binkies or to just be held or to change position, they want to eat. I need to have just a few minutes were someone isn't crying!!! I love them so much and they are starting to get more alert and smiling a little which helps, but sometimes I still feel like crying myself. Just needed to get that out, thanks.

:hug99: That first part of the first year can be so tough. Hopefully they are eating tons because they are going through a growth spurt, and then will be able to go longer between feedings. Hang in there. :hug99: It does get easier. :hug99:

Yep, sounds like a growth spurt. Maybe you can position them in such a way that you can feed two at one time? I know it's tough :hug99: .

Jen, you are right in 'the thick of it'! Weeks 6-12 were rough for us. And yes, there were days where I felt like someone was always eating/crying. I did feed them both at the same time, and that did help to save some time(and sanity!). Hang in there. :hug99:

I agree with Pamela...can you feed them at the same time? I would give that a try and that will help with keeping everyone a bit happier.

When I bottle feed I put a boppy on either side of me and feed them that way, but I am trying to reesatablish bfing so it is a little harder. I am not ready for tandem yet and my DS is not cooperating in this endeavor. Thank you for the suggestion, I will try this if I can get one bfing and bottle feed the other maybe.

    Jen-
You can feed them both on the EZ-2 pillow, get them both on, latch dd then start bottle feeding ds, it will take practice but you can do it!!!!

I agree with pp. The EZ2 is the best pillow. It is great for feeding and the subsequent nap to follow. At that age, I felt like it was a permanent fixture!! :)

I can completely remember how rough that time was. I feel for you! It does get so much better.

Best of luck with the reestablishment of BFing. How's that going? You may just want to try cold turkey. I went through that too, so PM me if you'd like to chat!
