    Hi,
Could you share your lunch & dinner ideas with me? I'm trying to do some easy meals for the twins & myself that are healthy.
I find it easier if I make them the same thing to eat as myself because usually they want what is on my plate. DH works second shift so we don't eat with him very much. I want to introduce them to some new foods so, any suggestions would be great!

    Thanks for the help :D

My girls are a little older than yours, but we've been eating like this since about a year; here's my list of good meals/snacks that they always seem to eat:

    Cheese/lunch meat quesadilla
    Grilled cheese sandwich
    Scrambled Eggs
Spinach Manicotti (I have an easy recipe, if you need one, PM me)
    Spaghettio's
Any pasta with any sort of sauce - alfredo, spaghetti, etc (usually only on bath night!)
    Fruit - fresh or frozen
    Nutrigrain cereal bars
Chicken breasts - mix a jar of salsa and a cup of yogurt, cover chicken, top with cheese, bake for 40 min or until chicken is done is one way my girls love it; just baked
Chicken nuggets (ok, not the most healthy, but they eat it! And if I need a quick meal . . .)
    Frozen veggies, stir fried veggies

Just a few thoughts. Hope that helps.

I'm having the same struggle so I'm not sure I'll be of any help but here is what we are eating right now:

    Sliced cheese
Earth's Best - crackers, vanilla cookies
    Jelly sandwiches
    Cottage cheese
Vegetable soup (I just drain the liquid and put the pieces of vegetables on their tray to pick up and eat)
Diced pears, mandarin oranges, peaches, bananas
    Gerber Organic - pasta pickups
Peas, Carrots (I buy a frozen bag of them and take a few out at a time - throw a few in water or the microwave for a few seconds and their ready to eat.)
    Yo Baby Yogurt
    Macaroni and Cheese

Good luck and I hope some more people post with other ideas!
