All of my girls have super sensitive skin. The twins have been drooling quite a bit more lately, their working on getting more teeth. Under their mouth and chin area is getting dry and irritated. I have been putting Vaseline on their chins and it helps for a little while and then the irritation just comes right back. Any other suggestions on what to use besides vaseline, my girls have super sensitive skin though so I have to watch what I put on their skin. Thanks for any suggestions.

Lanisol cream creates a good barrier. It's meant for breastfeeding mothers to use on their sore nipples, but I used it on my babies' chins as well. There's no danger if they get it in their mouths. It stays on better than any other cream or vaseline.

Aquaphor is awesome for these types of issues! Laniosh is great too. It might be a bit cheaper but you can use the Aquaphor on their bum too.

Aquaphor. Also, aveeno baby lotion (the one says work for eczema also) and fragrance free. It works wonder for us.

Ditto. Works like a dream to clear up the redness.

agreed Aquaphor I've worked in a dermatologist's office over 5 years and it's just about the only safe thing for babies :) (plus all us girls at work use it in place of chapstick) the lanolin probably would work as well!
