Another visit to L&D

I was startled awake this morning at 3:30 and I just could not go back to sleep. I was having long, consistent cramping around my cervix area. So, I call L&D and tell them what is going on. The nurse says to come for a visit.

So, here we are DH and I are in the room. They hook me up to the monitors and I am contracting every 2 minutes. The nurse runs out and brings the Dr with her. SHe checks me and I am the same as I was three days ago, 2cm dilated 50% effaced. <_< I was like you have got to be kidding me.

I have come to the conclusion that when I left on L&D on Tuesday, I started to become very anxious. :crazy: I mean, I know the boys are going to be here soon, but I have got to relax. I am not sleeping. There is NOTHING left to do. I just cannot believe how slow this process is. I wish that we just had a deadline and the boys came.

DH has been great, he is taking everything is stride and going with the flow. Me NOT SO MUCH!!!

I am FREAKING MISERABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so ready!!!

My DR will not give me any indication of an ending date!!!

I am taking a LONG walk tomorrow - I will be 35 weeks!

My skin is tearing! I have been on bed rest since 28 weeks! They said it is from the stretching and laying on the skin so much!

My back hurts!!!

You guys are ahead of me but I feel your pain...

I just can't imagine being pregnant another 7-8 weeks, I don't want them here too early and I am very thankful that so far I have not had any problems but MY WHOLE BODY HURTS!!!!

I do have good news...at my appt. yesterday the doc said they are both head down now! I hope and pray they stay that way!!!!

Hang in there and think HAPPY thoughts!!!

You are 1 day ahead of me so, I feel your pain. I have spent the day wondering if I need to call. I am having contractions (I think). But, I have a bug so I don't know if my body is just freaking out or I am overreacting because my Dr. said they can come at any time now. We will set an induction date next Friday.
