Another middle name - help needed!

I'm trying to get DH to consider the name Ava for our baby girl. What are some good middle names? We can't think of any. The only one I can think of is Ava Marie....but Marie is REagan's middle name.

Our last name is Connar.

How about Louise.

A two syllable name (like Marie) goes well.
I'd say don't re-use a name, I have one friend whose middle name is Katherine (after her mum) then her younger sister is called Katy, this has always offended her. Then with my husband's cousins, 3 of the 4 girls have variations on the same middle name (Marie or Maria actually!) and the oldest in this case is also still offended even though she's in her 30s!.

I NEVER post on these name threads, but when I saw this, the first thing that came to mind was

Ava Grace.

I LOVE THAT! I see others had the same suggestion!

My youngests middle name is Grace! I love that name!

 

My 1st thought "Ava Grace" too!!

 

I like Ava Belle. Then her initials will be ABC! I think that is appropriate since she is coming after babies A and B :winking0009:

I'd go for something with two syllables and the emphasis on the second syllable -- Louise has already been mentioned, but there's also (just tossing things out at random)

Renee
Corrine

Or a one-syllable name, like Rose, Grace, Hope (all those old-fashioned names!).

I'm also a big fan of Elizabeth as a middle name -- it's mine and also my daughter Amy's. It's a little longer, but seems to go with everything.

Obviously, I'm a big fan of the name Ava! Check out my ticker. My girls are Ava Alexia and Bella Grace, so this post cracks me up!
