Another fantastic christmas gift 12-24 months

Empty wipes containers!!! OMG they go nuts to play with empty wipes containers and since I buy the wipes in bulk at BJs they always come with a container. I don't need a new container every time so I use one to store plastic store bags, we each have a big container of wipes in our cars (me, DH, my parents), and now the girls use them as blocks and seats! Huggies wipes have either peter pan or nemo on them so they look pretty too.

 

Absolutely!! If I don't watch my girls, they will take all the wipies out of the containers and stick toys in them and play.

 

It's going to be a cost efficient Holiday Season huh?! :lol:

Yes, they are great. But, along with them, the wipes, too! My boys (heck, all my kids) love to get out wipes and clean! They seriously grab a couple daily and clean things.

 

Another big hit at that age was orphaned Tupperware/Gladware. The ones that have lost their matching bowl or lid. I would just give them those and that was fun.

 

Our childminder saves food / oats / formula containers (the ones that have plastic lids) as well as popsicle sticks, the freebie widgets from cereal packets (small discs etc), the plastic tubing from old biros and the lids from soda / water bottles etc. She then makes appropriate sized holes in the lid of the containers and the children have several free posting toys. Even at this age they still enjoy doing it.
