me and DH... I swear, if we have any more days like today, our children aren't going to make it to age 2! Poor Lydia got her head bumped on the ceiling when DH went to put her on his shoulders this morning.. Lily got her chubby little thigh pinched when I was buckling her into the carseat this evening, and just a few minutes ago while I was feeding the girls their oatmeal, Lydi started rocking back and forth and I got her in the eye with the spoon (which was full!)... My poor babies...

No award for you...there are those of us that are worse...

I had a day where I had one on the ottoman for TWO SECONDS and she face planted onto the floor. Then later one I took the other one to the sink because she had pooped all up her back. She slipped and whacked her head and had a lump. AND THEN...I was clipping nails and cut one of their thumbs. I was in tears by the end of the day. So, sorry you have tough competition from me for that award! [IMG]

No award for you, sorry! I have had way worse days!

Check this out -- A few days after I got Sean home from the NICU I trimmed his nails. I cut his thumb and a toe. I also cut James' thumb. While dressing James I pinched his thigh instead of snapping a snap. I bonked Sean's head on a door frame. In 1 day!

I forgot to mention that the other day James was playing with a plastic hanger. He managed to get the hook part stuck in his throat. I had no idea that could even happen! He's perfectly fine btw.

    Kids are so resilient!
Isn't it a good thing they don't remember their first few years??

I have to say that I think according to your weight charts those babies are WELL cared for! (I thought we were doing great at 17 pounds coming up on 6 months,. not to sound competitive LOL) I'm just thinking you have to remind yourself on days like today that you actually are a very good conscientious mother!

OMG! I had that bad day this weekend. Days like that you just want to crawl into bed and pull your blankets over your head... although that wouldn't work because your little ones would miss ya [IMG]
