And the questions get stranger!

I was at my daughter's dance class the other day with all of my kids & this older lady asks me "they aren't all yours are they?" I say yes they are & she looks at them & says "how did you do that?" What??? I didn't understand what she was talking about, so I said "pardon me?" & she repeated her question. I was really confused, so I just said "the usual way" :laughing: & then she pointed at Lila & said "but that one doesn't look that much older than that one" & pointed at Luke (they are the same size - hello). So, I said "well, they are twins" & she looked at me like I was crazy & asked if I was sure. I'm pretty sure I gave birth to both at the same time! I sometimes think I know why strangers are called strangers - because they are strange!

That's hilarious!!! I had a lady ask me if mine were "real" twins? They were dressed exactly the same at the time too. People are funny!

Tina, you know what? I think it's the b/g twin thing because I have gotten sort of the same comment. I think some (extremely sheltered) people don't realize that you can have b/g twins! I even had someone ask me once if they are really considered twins??? HUH??!!! :crazy:

I know of a mothers of twins club in San Diego that looks down upon a mother joining who went through fertility treatments because "they aren't natural twins". Like those of us who conceived through plain luck are superior? People can be SO stupid!
