Well, we had a nice evaluation. Remember on Fri. Amy was still tilting her head at Pedi. So Pedi. referred to PT. I was a little( to say the least) mad at myself for not taking her earlier. You all helped me see how everything would play out......thanks. :)

Well, Amy had improved over the last week and especially over this weekend just in time for our Monday PT eval.

The PT was not overly concerned. He saw a slight head tilt but nothing major. Amy has a left side preference but turns well to either side. She did so well I got a little nervous because I saw her improvement but wantd the PT to see her like she had been. Does tat make sense? ROM fine, arm stretch fine.

How wierd that I kinda wanted her to do "worse" .....just so the PT could see everthing. Well, I guess she is just improving and showed off her new stuff.

The PT said continue w/ stretching and add work on keeping her facing her non- preference side as much as possible. So, all in all positioning and stretching with a follow up next week.

Amy seems to have really risen to the occassion. She must have really been listening to us talking about her.

Thanks, for your support while Amy's mom had a little freak out session the other day. :)

Isn't that how it ALWAYS seems to work, you want them to show off what they can do and they don't, you want them to show their problem and they are better. It is like when your car makes a funny noise so you drag it in to get looked at and it STOPS! :blbl:
Glad to hear she is doing better; we had our own great PT appt today as well. :clapping:

Great news!! Usually when I totally freak out about something, it always turns out to be ok! It's when I don't worry, that all heck breaks loose!

WOW when it rains it pours. :icon_biggrin:

After the good news from Amy's PT I now have even more good news.....

Amy rolled over :rotflmbo: today for the first time. She has totally been into eating those 2 feet of hers that she showed no sign of caring about rolling over. Well, today she did it! I placed her on the floor and turned her head toward a line up of toys an them bbbooommm she went over. How funny 1 day after PT. That PT must have maguc in his hands. :FIFblush:

I am so glad she is doing better - that is always the way at the doctor when you want them to see what you see everyday...
But, it is great news Amy is doing great! Hang in there, Mamma - you are doing great, too!
Now, welcome to the newest worries of rolling!! ha ha

OK...FINE...One day..one day only! If I am worrying, someone else has to join me! And, if we don't worry for them, who will! LOL!!!

Enjoy your day!! :p (I'll just be sitting here worrying by myself!)

Glad to hear things are improving quickly for you! It is always my experience that when I have a freak out moment and post on TS about something................within the next few days it changes and my concern is for not. Glad to hear the same is happenening for you.
