for the last 2 weeks or so one of my LOs wakes from his nap about 30 mins early. hes cranky so i pick him up, bring him into bed with me and we cuddle on my bed. i go back to work in 2 weeks so i've been enjoying it. BUT i dont want him to get used to it bc i know his babysitter wont do the same.

    thoughts?

I think that's really sweet. I also think it's fine because this is something special between your DS and you; he'll know that this is something that he only gets to do with Mama, and you can keep doing it (if you want) on days when you're not working. :)

I don't see a big problem with it either. I doubt he'll transfer that over to a babysitter unless they start doing something similar with him. In my opinion, the time that they are small is so very very short, i take every opportunity to cuddle/snuggle I can, because it won't be long they won't want to do it anymore!!

 i look forward to it everyday. he has been sleeping his 2 hours in his crib but he sits up and cries. when i go in there, he puts his arms up and sometimes he falls back asleep in my arms (generally when he wakes up before 2 hours) and other times (like today) he just lays on me and we cuddle. :lazy:
i love it. he just looked at me for 10 minutes today and we snuggled. i was just worried i was setting him up for disaster in a few weeks.

Awww that's so sweet!! No, you are not spoiling him at all, they are only babies for a short while, so we have to get all the snuggles we can get!!:good:

 I used to do that with my DS and it was a special moment we shared then. He didnt develop any bad habits and you´re not spoiling him. Enjoy the moment!!
