Okay I love to buy twins shirts for me I now have 2 and 3 on the way! my favorite are ones that say mom of twins and more. Well we are going to go the a state fair twins contest in 2 weeks so i order the whole family matching shirts. My ways lucky mom of twins, dh says lucky dad of twins, ds says lucky brother of twins, and the boys says lucky to be a twin! I'm a crazy  ! I think we will be so cute! DH doesn't know about this yet who knows what he'll say!
SO my question am i the only one who does stuff like this or do I'll twin moms!

I don't have any of those shirts, but I bought my DH a t-shirt last Father's Day that says "Real Men Have Twins."

I would be dorky like that too except DH has Forbidden matching clothing unless it is picture day or a holiday.

My DH would NEVER play along! I sometimes wish he would show his inner dork!

I'm a little dorky too, but my DH absolutely refuses. We've done some matching with the kids to each other but not all of us at one time.

I bought my DH a shirt that said "Got Lucky with Twins" and I wear it because he refused to.

Same here, my DH would never wear the same clothes. I don't do matching clothes at all for mine. Sometimes I will put the same color on them, but that is the extent of it.

Okay so all he really says is "how much did you spend" then he laughs a me a little but is willing to go along with it! I normally dont' dress the boys alike I am all about same outfits different colors but they have a lot of the same clothes my MIL always buys them the same thing she loves it when they dress alike! but when we are just at home chillin they are different! The contest is for look most alike so i kinda think that they should be alike and why not have the family join them! I'm really excited...never gone to the contest before hope it's not a let down!

I think it's cute!! I bought dh a tee for dad's day that says "you can't scare me i've got twins". And I recently bought tees for my nieces (my original "babies" because I'm so close to them) that say "cousin princesses to the twincesses". I think you guys will look super cute. :)

so long as you aren't buying it for them when they are 14, I say that you are "okay!"... I haven't done it...but I'm an identical twin... the twin thing kind of got old a long, long time ago. I have definitely appreciated the unique experience of having b/g twins...but IMHO it's so different from being an id. twin I don't feel as "twinish" about it as I did about myself growing up (ad naseum!) ....the funny thing is, in spite of my twinish resistance, now I think I'd love to have a set of id. twin boys!! And I do feel dorky about it!

    Melissa,

I'm going to do that this year! I got the idea from Rosie O'Donnell of all people. And, Hannah Andersson can fulfill that fantasy for you! www.hannahandersson.com
