I'm 27 weeks now and feel my belly cannot get much bigger BUT then I look at full term bellies and realize I'm kidding myself and I still have alot of stretching to go. My belly is sooo crampy & achy and the skin feels like it's going to break open. I use lotions every day but it's still the same and some days it's itchy and sensitive.

Did you have an achy belly at 27 weeks?

When did your stretch marks appear if at all? (I currently have none but have grave concerns for what is to come).

Do you have a very very sensitive belly button? ( I cannot even let clothes rub on it).

How did your belly feel in the last weeks? (was the stretching painful or did your body adjust as time went on?)

If you can give me the digs on YOUR BELLY I would appreciate it.

I'm only 22 weeks but noticed this week that I'm starting to get what feels like "stretching" pains, especially when I sit down. It's a very uncomfortable feeling :( The sad part like you said is that I know I have lots more growing to do. W my first two pregnancies I don't remember getting stretch marks until the end, but can see a few starting this time in the parts where I feel the pressure/stretching!

I have been getting extremely itchy and I have been able to feel my skin stretch out for a while now.. probably since around 20 weeks. There are days where I feel like I am going to explode. I have noticed the beginnings of stretch marks.. not much you can do about them I guess, but I do have belly balms that I rub on every day and it feels a lot better. A good lotion with cocoa butter helps a lot. Here's my 27 week belly.. I am already bigger than that http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i301/rollergiraffe/Baby%20Boehmers/March21013.jpg ://http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i...March21013.jpg

My husband is obsessed with my new "outie" belly button and I want to slap his hands every time he makes a stab at it.. it's really sensitive and I hate having it touched!

I asked my OB at like 28 weeks about this because I felt like I was all stretched out - he said it would keep pushing out & it has!

Did you have an achy belly at 27 weeks?

I would have periods of where I felt achy starting probably at 20 weeks or so.

When did your stretch marks appear if at all? (I currently have none but have grave concerns for what is to come).

    Nothing yet (fingers crossed)

Do you have a very very sensitive belly button? ( I cannot even let clothes rub on it).

Yes! Very sensitive for awhile now. It also feels itchy alot. My Baby B's head is right near though so she is always pushing on that spot.

How did your belly feel in the last weeks? (was the stretching painful or did your body adjust as time went on?)

I haven't felt much pain; I think you just adjust. My belly is still getting bigger, I measure it every now and then.

I never had an achy belly because I have always used a maternity belt....my lifesaver!

When did your stretch marks appear if at all?
I do not have them as of 35w 1d

Do you have a very very sensitive belly button?
My belly button actually feel numb to the touch.

How did your belly feel in the last weeks?
My body has adjusted well, the stretching is not the hard part. It is the heaviness of the belly and unable to get more than 2 hours of sleep at a time.

    Enjoy,
    Jenn

Did you have an achy belly at 27 weeks? Yes, around this time is when I really started to grow alot in a short period of time. My belly was achy, itchy, big and bumpy!

When did your stretch marks appear if at all? My stretch marks came at 32 weeks. <_< I actually thought I'd be one of the lucky ones who doesn't get them.

Do you have a very very sensitive belly button?'s No, my belly button wasn't too sensitive. Only if I scratched it.

How did your belly feel in the last weeks? (was the stretching painful or did your body adjust as time went on?) There were good days and bad. The itchiness towards the end, for me, was the absolute worst! Nothing worked to get rid of it either. I remember going in for a NST and my belly looking like freddy Krueger got to it because during the night I lifted my shirt and scratched it .

You can do it momma, hang in there. :grouphug:

I would try a maternity belt for the uncomfortable part of the heaviness. It really helps. I haven't gotten much stretch marks but I'm sure they'll come because I feel very tight as well!

If your belly button hurts from rubbing on your shirts I have heard that putting a band aid over it helps a lot.

When did your stretch marks appear if at all? I didn't get any stretch marks until 31 weeks.. I had an appendectomy a few years back and they started at my scar and went from there. I did only end up getting strech marks on half my belly they don't go above my belly button

Do you have a very very sensitive belly button? Mine wasn't that sensitive, it hurt at times but wasn't really painful

How did your belly feel in the last weeks? Since i only started to get stretch marks at the very end it itched TERRIBLEY, The only thing that made it not hurt from the itch was the palmers lotion.. it actually made the pain from the itch go away but i hated the smell
