We ordered out carseats from them and they were great! Free shipping, lowest price around, arrived quickly. No complaints here.

 

I ordered a stroller from them. No problems!

 

We've gotten several of our baby supplies from Albee Baby. We only had a problem once, and it was a small problem. I got my big swing, jumperoo, car seats, tandem stroller, and high chairs from Albee Baby. I wanted my car seats/stroller/high chairs all to match and the high chairs I ordered came with two options - you could order them with or without toys on the trays. It was a $10 difference per high chair for the toys, and I wanted the toys so I paid the extra $20. I ordered them right after Xmas with money I received for the babies, but at the time they were too small for high chairs, so we just put them together recently and they sent me the high chairs without the toys, and I don't have my online receipt, so I have no way to prove it. That's the only problem I've had though, and if we would have checked the boxes when we received them we could have caught it!

I would definitely order from them again.

Yes, I just ordered a stroller from them for my mom last week and it was fine. It came quickly and there was no tax and no shipping and cheaper then if buying it from the store.

 

I got my carseats from them as well and had no issues - they're ware house is about 5 minutes from my house!

 

I ordered the girls convertable car seats from there a couple of months ago - lowest price and free shipping. Arrived pretty quickly. No issues.

 

We ordered our infant car seats from them and had a pretty annoyingexperience. They only sent ONE peg perego car seat. I called several times to try to get the issue resolved and couldn't get through to anyone, so I finally left a message. I got no response, so after a week I charged it back and ordered two new ones from a different company. Well... wouldn't you know it, a week later Albee sends us another TWO carseats (not one like we needed). So now we had FIVE infant car seats sitting our living room .

Anyway, I finally got a hold of someone and told them they needed to have UPS come pick up the car seats. It was a huge hassle and I wouldn't order from them again. Sounds like others had good experiences, but I'm assuming that was because there were no issues with their orders--the customer service, should you need it, is a total disaster.

I ordered both my cribs from them & got free shipping!! I was pretty happy to get free shipping on 2 large items like that. No problems, either. And my sister just ordered a carseat & sit & stand from them.....as far as I know, she was happy with them, too.

 

Thanks Everyone! I ordered my carseats last night. I really appreciate all the responses and I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience Tracy but I appreciate you taking the time to share it!! I decided to give Albee Baby a try...the prices are that much better than anyone...especially when you are purchasing double.
