Advice Please

Ok ladies ..... I ahve had a million and a half strollers and I thought I bought my last one last month until someone asked me how much longer I thought they were going to be able to sit in it b.c theres not much leg room for when they get taller.... I still have time to return this one and get a different one and I really want to get the best stroller that will get me through till we are done with strollers.

I have thought about a sit n stand..... Has anyone use this for children less then 2? I dont want to spend alot... I paid 130 for my last one and want to stay in that price range........ I dont want a tandem b/c they are to long and I dont want a side by side b/c they are to wide.. I have the eddie bauer short tandem now and love it but I think before to long i will need a different stroller.

From what we have read on here and after speaking with others in our multiple birth family, we have decided to forgo strollers and go with a wagon with seat belts and a roof.

 

We have the wagon but its not something I want to use all the time. I need something for mall trips and when I just dont want to use the wagon. In all honesty I HATE pulling a wagon.

 

We have 3 double strollers b/c it seems you need different strollers for different purposes. We have a nice and compact SBS - by Ingelsina but it was about $200. We also LOVE our double jogger stroller but it is too big for the mall or stores. For stores, I do use the long DuoGlider but it turns pretty well and fits thru aisles easily. We also have a wagon that I do not use much.

Out of all my strollers - I use the jogger on a daily basis but we are outside people. I use carts at the stores now - double carts when I can and put on the basket when I can't. I don't know how much longer I can even use a stroller. At 2 yrs old - they are wanting to walk everywhere - which is very annoying.

So, no real advice other than no stroller is the perfect stroller and certainly few will even exist at $130.....

 

I too have the same ensemble as the PP. I have a side by side double umbrella by inglesina that i LOVE. The boys love being side by side now rather than front/back. they fight less bc they can both see! I have a double jogger that I use outside mostly. And a jeep tandem that I rarely use anymore but worked great for the kids from 9-20 months. Easier for the most part to get through inside stuff like malls. I finally have a wagon that we use for outside stuff like pumpkin patches etc.

I do not think you can get much more than those options. FWIW, I plan to keep my boys IN the stroller for certain events whether they like it or not. When I am out alone with all 3 kids, they must be corralled - period!!!

 

I think you are right with my options.... I was hoping there was someone out thre that had the "perfect" idea or used a sit n stand with kinds under 2. I have the Graco boat, SBS, Eddie Bauer Light Weight Double, Jogger and a wagon and although we use the wagon alot lately with the zoo and walks Im starting to Hate my eddie bauer light weight and I refuse to use my SBS anymore b/c Im to tall and bening over walking is becoming a pain.......
