Advice Needed

This might be TMI, but I need some advice. Last night when DH was changing my DD's diaper he noticed this extra "stuff" hanging out of her ******. It's like an extra fold of skin or something but it sticks out about 1/4". I've never noticed anything like this in my older DD and I'm not sure if it's normal or something I should call the ped about.

I honestly don't know. I would call the Ped - I have never seen anything like that on our girls.

I would call the ped too. I don't have to much experience, since these are my firs, but I didn't see that on dd.

 

I say when in doubt call......sound unfamiliar to me.

I read this earlier and when I was getting DD ready for bed I noticed that there is an extra little piece of ?skin? inside the opening but it doesnt really stick out. Dont know if that is the same thing you are seeing on your DD but just wanted to say if it is mine has it too so its probably nothing to be worried about. But if it is actually sticking out then yes I think I would call the Pedi just to make sure.

 

sometimes the labia are enlarged on little girls and it stays that way into adulthood. Nothing abnormal, just horemones. But I would ask the ped for sure!!!
