Adoptive mother breastfeeding preemie twins

    I'm completely intrigued by this abstract & wish I had access to the complete case story. I know that in most cases of induced lactation the mom is almost always able to feed some breast milk to babe, but for a mom to be able to offer her own milk exclusively for twins - that's awesome!

    Rachel - do you subscribe to the Journal of Human Lactation? If you do it says you can get the article there (I clicked on the PDF to see if it was part of Medscape).
