I really can not believe I'm joining this forum now! I thought it would be next year or so when we decided to try for #3. But I just figured that would be finding a new RE doctor here and going through all the steps it took last time to get pregnant.

I've been off and on birth control since the kids were born. It's just been to regulate my hormones and cycles. (Help me lose a few pounds too.)

This past month I missed a few pills. Like I have most months I've taken BCP. It's never a worry because of my fertility issues of the past.

I had some breast tenderness at first. Then fatigue. Then constipation. The three together made me wonder, all the while I was telling myself I was crazy for even considering it.

Then I peed on a stick and this is what we saw!

We are extremely shocked! I don't think it's really even started to sink in yet. Who knows when it will. And of course I'm a bundle of nerves too. All the things that can happen. All the complications I had with the twins. It's all crazy.
But for me to get pregnant while on BCP and without the use of modern medicine, well I don't have words for it. I dreamed for so long to see a positive test. And now I got that. Wow!

So, I'll keep posting here to update throughout. I'm hoping for a smooth ride!

 

Woman, I'm 26 weeks pregnant and it still hasn't sunk in yet. :blush: I think dealing with infertility and then getting such a gift makes it feel unbelievable. :wub: Congratulations again and I'm SO happy you are joining us here. :Clap: :Clap: Isn't it so weird that sex equals baby? :laughing:

 

Man...another story of it happening after fertility...AND PCOS?!?! :woo: :woo: CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! So exciting!!!! I was a bundle of nerves with Annabella....all of the what-if's and I had a picture perfect pregnancy with her!

Now I'm wondering if I should go on the pill! It's been 2+ years.... nahhhhhh.....
