So all day long, it's bounce bounce bounce, these guys dont stop moving.
Anyone who does an ultrasound, comments on how they are really moving around, maybe they just have a lot of room to move around now?
Do you think that utero activity has anything to do with how they are after they are born. If so I am going to be in for it!!

Some of their personality does come out inutero I think. But, my daughter was not a big mover and she can't sit still or stay out of anything. I don't think you can be sure. Are you having 2 boys? I am having two boys in April.

Mine are exactly like they were in utero ... Hailey was a kicker, she was always flipping around and on the move! Jake was sedentary, to the point I would get worried that I didn't feel him that much.

Now at almost 2, Hailey is a live wire, running all over the place ... Jake can get crazy, but he is just much more mellow over all ...

DS was a very active child inside and he is outside. and DD was not very active inside and she is WAY overactive and a little crazy now. (In a good way)

My four are all like they were in utero (Ewan's only 1 month old though). Sierra was very active when I was pregnant and did this stretching thing that she still did after she was born. Dax was quite a mover as well and still doesn't stay still. Ainsley and Ewan were both more laid back and seem to be that way now as well.

Mine are opposite from what they were on the inside, well, at the beginning anyway. DD barely moved around {that I felt} and she was my little firecracker, DS was all about kicking and squirming and he was a very calm, mellow baby. These days they both can go either way. ;)

My identical boys are also very very active in utero and always get commented on at the Ultrasound! The one flipped position completely during a scan. I'm 23 weeks on Monday. I find the movements comforting cos then i know they are ok!

I've been wondering about this theory for a while now. DS (now 3) was SO mellow in utero, that some mornings I'd get a little worried...I may not feel him until mid-late morning. Now, he is the most chilled-out kid I've ever met. So much so that I constantly get comments from strangers on how well-behaved he is. He sits still and quiet as a mouse for all of my Dr. appts, plus it's an hour drive one way. It's just his personality.

Now these two little peeps in my belly....well, they DON'T STOP. I feel the explosive kicks much more from B than A, but I wonder if that's not due to their positions. There's constantly some sort of movement from both. Our u/s tech also comments on how crazy they are...they BOTH flipped during their anatomy scan, leaving her scratching her head for a couple of minutes as to what the heck happened.

I, too, am relieved that they move so much, as I'd be worried sick all the time if they moved as little as DS. BUT...I'm a little nervous about how this will translate into their future personalities. I suspect they're going to keep me on my toes!

It didn't for me. In utero I could always feel Lily but Amelia didn't seem to do much. On ultrasounds we could see Amelia moving though. Once they were born they were equally wiggly.

This is exactly like my girlies. Sydney moved constantly, sometimes painfully. Sabrina used to worry me, because I didn't feel her a lot. They're the same way now.

Trey was so active that I ended up w/ a bruise at my u/s because the tech had to basically pin him in place to get a decent picture/measurement. He's still super active, and really has a hard time sitting still. He blows through the knees of a pair of jeans in about 3 weeks, wears out his tennis shoes three times faster than any of the other kids, etc.

    Hi Ladies,
Im new to the site, sorry this is my first post. But will be going on bedrest at the end of March, currently 22 weeks.
However, our 2 little ladies. Baby A can be a little stubborn occasionally during ultrasounds. Doesnt want to move, open her legs, etc. While Baby B is a serious character. During my last ultrasound, myself and the ultrasound tech started laughing bc Baby B was moving her mouth like she was laughing at us.
I'm almost afraid that Baby A, has her Dad's personality and Baby B has mine. If so, we're in for it. So, I wonder the same thing. Great question. Life will never be the same, that's for sure..
