Hi everyone, I know this is a general forum, but I’m curious how many of you really care about kitchen knives. I cook a lot at home and work with meat pretty often, and lately my regular knife just hasn’t been doing the job. Does using a proper knife for meat actually make a noticeable difference, or is it mostly marketing?

I used to think the same way, but I decided to test it myself instead of guessing. I switched to a knife that’s actually made for cutting meat, and the improvement was clear almost right away. Cuts were cleaner, prep was faster, and it felt much safer and more controlled in my hand. While looking around, I found https://www.cutluxe.com/collections/butcher-knives, and that’s where I picked the one that really fit my needs. After using this meat knife for a while, I can honestly say the results were very good. From my own experience, a proper meat knife makes cooking and prep much easier if you deal with meat on a regular basis.
