a stretch and a yawn

Just recently, I have tried to enjoy a good full body stretch. You know, the kind that you have your arms in the air and is accompanied by a big yawn. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult. I feel like I'm squishing the babies when I'm stretching those ab muscles. A big stretch would feel sooo good right now too. Anyone else being denied a good stretch?

 

Oh definitely. . . the hospital bed is horrid for stretching!

 

Haha -- I'm only 18 weeks along, but BabyB definitely does NOT like it when I try to yawn and jabs me every time I try! I guess it's "cute" right now but will get aggravating later, huh?

Yeah, the jabs just get stronger. They don't seem to like it when ya yawn or stretch, anything that tightens those abs.

 

I agree with all of that. I've been denied good stretching for weeks. My friend loaned me a massage chair (the kind that goes over a chair, actually) and it's lovely!! That's the only way I can get the kinks out.
