A lot of cramping lately

I've been cramping a lot lately, at times it's even been painful to walk. The pain is usually on each side of my pelvis. Today though, after getting stressed out over a bad phone call to my satellite provider I started cramping really bad this time all over and it didn't go away, almost like a contraction. It has me worried so I have been laying down in bed. I know some cramping is normal but to this extent? Should I be worried?


By the way, I'm only 9w2d.

 

I had a lot of menstrual-like cramps with my twin pregnancy, but not so bad that I couldn't walk. What you experienced sounds like it could be totally normal - round ligament pain can be pretty painful - but it certainly wouldn't hurt for you to call your OB, especially if you feel like you might be having contractions. :hug:

 

Yeah, I would call and get checked. It can't hurt and the peace of mind is priceless. :hug:

 

I called my Dr, and she agreed that it is a bladder infection. I used to get them a lot (never figured out why) and my urine is cloudy. She called me in Macrobid and if I don't feel better by Tuesday or if it gets worse she wants to see me. So...lots of water and cranberry juice for the next few days!
