a funny story

    The girls are having pictures taken this afternoon, so I was getting Karina ready for a bath. I stripped her down to her diaper and started towards the bathroom when I realized I'd forgotten a washcloth. I put her in her papasan for a moment while I got my act together and made sure I was ready for the bath. When I was ready, I picked her up and carried her into the bathroom. I laid her in my lap for a moment and panicked when I saw what looked like blood all over her chest and a little on her cheek. Closer inspection revealed that it was not blood, but grape jelly. Apparently I dropped a big blob on my shirt when I was eating my toast this morning and it smeared all over her when I was holding her up against my chest. Thank goodness it wasn't strawberry. It might have taken me a lot longer to figure it out. I got a good chuckle out of it after I realized that my little girl wasn't actually bleeding. I'm such a slob. :rolleyes:

    hehe, how funny! I would be freaking out too. Like it was some flesh eating disease or something :D
