Hey everyone, sorry i havent been as active lately. I hardly feel like getting online and when i do i just check my email and get off the computer. Well yesterday i had a little "nesting" period. I went and bought stuff for the babies got my room ready for them *(they will be sleeping in my room in there crib)* Got everything washed all that good stuff. I did move my bed by myself...i know i shouldnt have but the bedframe is on wheels so i just pushed it a little its not heavy at all. Anyways after all that i got ready and went to bed around 11-12pm. I woke up normal time at 7am because i had to pee like scheduled haha. Well most of the day the babies have been really calm. Havent moved much or anything. THEY HAVE MOVED just not as much as normal. Well after i was talking to my mom about it, i realize i have "dropped" Im just wondering if this is normal, or should i be getting my bag ready?

You did do a lot. Take it easier from now on.

My OB did tell me to be packed at around 30wks just in case. Also when I was around 28 weeks I seemed to drop really low too. It only lasted 2 days. I think it was because of a change in position by the twins. As for the movement, did you eat the same as usual today? My twins have quiet days too so as long as they are moving you should be ok but watch it closely.

    Hope this helps.

If I have a busy day, I don't notice the movement anywhere near as much as I do when I am resting. I don't think that it is that they are moving less, I just don't notice it so much IYKWIM.
I would totally make use of your nesting instinct and pack your hospital bags. You can't be too organised!
But please don't over do it!

I have also noticed less movement, but I was told that they are bigger and have less room. I feel movement but not just as hard as normal!

    Hi,
I dropped last week and was concerned I was feeling less movement. Turns out Twin B had done a full rotation and moved to head down rather then breech. She had been breech up to that point. My ob told me that the change in movement was most likely due to the change in baby position and that I am carrying much lower now because I have two heads down there instead of one! Maybe your babies just changed position. I have also been going on crazy nesting ventures. My DH doesn't understand that if I need to fold, clean, move, decorate or sort at the very moment I think of it then the whole world may come to an end! Isn't pregnancy wierd? Hope all is ok with your babies and that you find enough sticks to build that nest!

I think it is a good idea to call if you are concerned.

 When in doubt, give your doctor a call. They can put your mind at ease. :good:
