9 month old still wearing 3-6 months?

    Ok so i pulled out what i thought was a 6-9 month sleeper and it was a 3-6. I said well i will try since its kinda chilly and dont wanna leave her naked... IT FITS!!! Better than the 6-9 months. The 6-9 is too long.. but i never thought she would still fit into the 3-6..

    Anyone else? do i just have a tiny baby?

    They were born at 38.5 weeks and she was 5.11 lbs. She only weighs about 16 lbs.. maybe 17 by now. \


    Anyone else have a small full term baby?

    We're the exact opposite. My boys were 3 and 4 lbs born at 30 weeks. They now are 6 months and wear 9-12 month clothes. They weigh 17 and 18 lbs.

    Ha! I just cleaned the girls closet out this week! We just now stopped wearing 0-3...Both of mine are around 17 lbs and we wear 3-6...Mine are almost 10 months old!

    Kiera is not even 14 lbs yet, and 23 inches long. She's healthy though! Nothing wrong with being little if they are doing good!

    Kayci was wearing some 3-6mo stuff at 15mos! She's a skinny little thing! And I've discovered over the years that sizing is completely off. Some 3-6 mos stuff will be longer than 6-9 mo stuff. Crazy.

    My girls are skinny and little too. I am one of very few moms who has become bored of their clothes BEFORE they actually outgrew them. I do find with Sierra that she is long and some sleepers she is 6-9 months size. My little one could wear many of the 0-3 month size but I put her in some bigger sizes just to keep her in similar outfits with her sister. My smallest one just looks so darn cute when she is wearing an outfit too big on her. She just looks so much smaller.

    My girls are on the small side too, but I also noticed that the brand of clothing vary widely for their sizes. We have some 3-6 month Osh Kosh clothes that they JUST grew out of.

    It might be the brand. My girls are in size 3-6 mos Gerber onesies- those run small. Maya is in a newborn size onesie that is from Target and it is BIG on her!

    My ds1 is 2 1/2 years old and can still fit into 18 month clothes and even some 12 month. I agree with pp it all depends on the brand.
    DS1 was 10 days late and weighed 8 lbs since then he's always been on the small side
