How many bottles and ounces are yours taking in a day? Mine take 4 bottles with 7 ounces in each.

Are yours drinking from a sippy cup? Mine are drinking, playing, etc.

Are yours holding their own bottle? Mine are not. I would love any suggestions on how to get them to.

Do you give both a bottle at the same time? I do sometimes . . . it just varies.
If you do, how do you arrange everyone at this age? I had to return the boppy to my SIL so I'm looking for a new technique.

Do your little ones still use the swing, bouncy, and bumbos? Mine do; however, they don't seem to enjoy it.

How many meals are you feeding a day? Mine are on 2 . . . we're starting 3 tomorrow (lunch).

What are your little ones favorite table foods for all 3 meals? I'm always looking for new, EASY ideas.

Thanks for taking the time to answer!

We are not quite nine months yet, however.....

    1. we drink about 24 ounces of milk a day and about 4-6 ounces of apple juice and water (on average)
    2. Mine are not sippy cup champs yet.....they are working on it...not successfully right now.
    3. Mine are trying to hold their own bottles yet once again, they are not.
    4. Bedtime fed at the same time with DH help. If by myself, I take the one who is fussy first and then the next. OR whoever is awake first in the morning gets the bottle first.
    5. They use their exersaucers, the swings are gone, bumbos are used rarely. Mostly on the floor playing or in a walker cruising around or in the saucers watching Baby Einstein.
    6. Been on 3 meals a day from the spoon since they were six months old.
    7. Mine are not on table food yet. They have not seemed to like even the puffs.

I look at it as when they are ready to eat unpureed foods, hold their bottles and drink from the sippy cup they will. They are all different and do things at a different time table not based on age.

We are 10 months, but things haven't changed a whole lot since they were 9 months.

How many bottles and ounces are yours taking in a day? 4 bottles of 8oz

Are yours drinking from a sippy cup? Jake drinks well, Emma not so much!

Are yours holding their own bottle? Yes, since 6 months. I taught them by just showing them how, putting their hands up there, and when they let go, I would put their hands back up there again.

Do you give both a bottle at the same time? Always.

If you do, how do you arrange everyone at this age? I lay a big comfy blanket on the floor with a pillow.

Do your little ones still use the swing, bouncy, and bumbos? We were done with most of this stuff by 7 months, swings were last at 8 months.

How many meals are you feeding a day? 3 meals, since 6 months.

Another set of 10 month-ers...but still the same stuff going on as a month ago.

How many bottles and ounces are yours taking in a day? 3 bottles, 8oz each

Are yours drinking from a sippy cup? No, not even close, they will throw it though!

Are yours holding their own bottle? No, and I don't plan on letting them. They CAN and have for a few minutes but if they haven't done it until now, what is another few months. I plan on doing until they don't take them anymore.

Do you give both a bottle at the same time? No, I 've tried, when they were newborns, never worked out for me. So one at a time here.

Do your little ones still use the swing, bouncy, and bumbos? We were done with the swing at 5 months, bouncy only for drinking bottle, and bumbos never. All that money down the drain, only to find out they hated it!

How many meals are you feeding a day? 3 meals since 8 months

What are your little ones favorite table foods for all 3 meals? No table foods yet, sorry!

    1. About 30-32 ounces a day through 4 bottles of 7-8 oz

    2. Mine think the sippy is for chewing, they do not understand the drinking part yet!

    3. They are both holding their own bottles and have been for quite awhile.

    4. They eat all meals together. Right now, they either eat their bottle propped in a boppy or on the floor. They will just lay down wherever they are on the floor and drink...

    5. They use the exersaucer and jumperoo but aren't too interested anymore. They won't use either for more than 5 minutes without getting bored. The swings are long gone (too heavy after about 5 months) bumbos were used for about 3 months from month 2-5. Once they could sit ok on their own, they were done with them. You're right - what a waste of money! We sold them all to an expecting couple for 1/2 of what we paid. The babies mostly play together on the floor now - we switch rooms all day long for variety. We keep toys in their playroom, in the living room, and in our loft. We rotate the room they are in throughout the house all day to keep them interested

    6. Been on solids since 3.5 months, moving to 3 meals this week.

    7. Favorite table food - puffs, diced green beans, cooked/diced ravioli, cheese - pretty much anything. They LOVE experimenting and woof down everything we put in front of them. Literally they will grab all the food with both hands and shove it in their mouth two hands at a time. I worry about choking all the time!!

How many bottles and ounces are yours taking in a day? 3 bottles a day 8 oz. each
Are yours drinking from a sippy cup? Yeap, best thign i bought were the gerber sippy cups that are tilted at the top.
Are yours holding their own bottle? Yeap. Until they get sleepy and then they drop it. I bought the bottles from walmart that were hourglass shaped and they had handles that came off too. So we started with the handles and worked to no handles...they helped alot.
Do you give both a bottle at the same time? yeap if i dont, they start to cry, then cough and then throw up all over the floor..
If you do, how do you arrange everyone at this age? I use boppies so maybe you could try bouncies
Do your little ones still use the swing, bouncy, and bumbos? Got rid of swings long ago...bouncies are in the closet, havent used for awhile and bumbo's are only used when we go to a relatives house and they need to eat.
How many meals are you feeding a day? 3

What are your little ones favorite table foods for all 3 meals? . Ugh, we like pancakes, scrambbled eggs, toast, grilled cheese (these are all in little bitty pieces....) and our fav. is mashes potatoes

My girls are almost 11 month but all my answers were what they did at 9 months

How many bottles and ounces are yours taking in a day?
They were drinking 3 bottles, about 20oz on a good day and on a bad day it was about 12oz

Are yours drinking from a sippy cup?
Yes, they loved their sippies from day one

Are yours holding their own bottle?
    Yes, they are very idependant

Do you give both a bottle at the same time?
I do/did, I find it much easier that way

If you do, how do you arrange everyone at this age?
It makes it much easier when they are holding their own bottles. What I do is sit in the recliner and hold both of them with their backs to me. I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say :) ,not sure how else to explain it.

Do your little ones still use the swing, bouncy, and bumbos?
No way, if they can't move and explore then they are not happy

How many meals are you feeding a day?
    3 with a snack

What are your little ones favorite table foods for all 3 meals?
    Mac and cheese
    Raviolli
    Tofu
    Waffles
    Pancakes
    Jello gigglers
    toast with apple butter
    Cheese
    Cottage cheese
    yogurt
    pudding (ocationally)
    fruit and veggies
    veggie burgers
    scrambled eggs with cheese
    Grilled cheese sandwich
    Flavored rice
    Chicken noddle soup
Whatever else I can think to give them, at 9 months my girls were only on table foods

I am calling my ped tomorrow beause I am concerned about their formula intake and wondering if I am giving too much food. I dont know what is more improtant at this stage:

How many bottles and ounces are yours taking in a day? Mine take 4 bottles with 7 ounces in each.
4 bottles- 20 oz at the most lately

Are yours drinking from a sippy cup? Mine are drinking, playing, etc.
After each meal, I hold it up for them. It took many weeks to get them to suck but they have now for about 3 weeks. They dont chug it but they do take sips from it.

Are yours holding their own bottle? Mine are not. I would love any suggestions on how to get them to.
Mine have been holding their bottle for a few weeks.

Do you give both a bottle at the same time? I do sometimes . . . it just varies.
If you do, how do you arrange everyone at this age? I had to return the boppy to my SIL so I'm looking for a new technique.
Bottles are always at the same time. THey each sit in the baby papasan chair

Do your little ones still use the swing, bouncy, and bumbos? Mine do; however, they don't seem to enjoy it.
They just use papasan chairs for bottle time- they are big boys so they are way to big for the swing that we have.

How many meals are you feeding a day? Mine are on 2 . . . we're starting 3 tomorrow (lunch).
i]breakfast is 7 tbs oatmeal split and 1 stage 3 fruit split...lunch is 1 baby yogurt each, they split one piece of american cheese and they split half of a half of avacado. dinner...split 1 stage 3 jar veg. and split 1 stage 3 fruit with 4 tbs oatmeal added to the fruit. [/i]

What are your little ones favorite table foods for all 3 meals? I'm always looking for new, EASY ideas.
We dont have many that have been introduced. I was giving them waffle for a few days but then thought maybe that is not necessary/healthy at this stage (especially since they are not drinking all their milk). They dont do a great job feeding themselves so I pretty much put it in their mouth. ( i prpbably dont give them enough practice because I am always doing it for them. They do like cheese though.

Thanks for taking the time to answer!

My daughters turned 10 months old today, but thought I would answer anyhow:

How many bottles and ounces are yours taking in a day? Four - 8oz in morning, 6ozs with lunch, 4oz sippy with dinner and 8ozs before bed

Are yours drinking from a sippy cup? Just with dinner, and they're trying to hold it themselves but haven't been successful so far

Are yours holding their own bottle? Just in the last few days they've been holding it for about a minute or less at a time, but mostly it's me holding it

Do you give both a bottle at the same time?
If you do, how do you arrange everyone at this age?
I always just do one at a time

Do your little ones still use the swing, bouncy, and bumbos? Nope, just exersaucers and lots of floor time nowadays

How many meals are you feeding a day? Three solids meals a day

What are your little ones favorite table foods for all 3 meals? Stage 3 babyfood mostly, though I'm starting to introduce table food (without any added salt or anything like that). So far, beef stew was a hit!
