Not that it is set in stone of course. But just a guideline for myself. (I am such a schedule oriented person!)

Just want some advice. I think they are ready to eat more solid food and was wondering what you would do to change their schedule.

    So now:
    7 6-7 oz bottle
7:30 Breakfast - yogurt about 8 oz with oatmeal mixed in (my boy eats that, my girl eats about 6 oz)
    11 Lunch - stage 2 veges 8 oz (b) 6 oz (g)
    12 6-7 oz bottle
    3 6-7 oz bottle
    4:15 Dinner - stage 2 fruit 8 oz (b) 6 oz (g)
    6:15 6-7 oz bottle (bedtime)

Lately they aren't finishing the bottle at 3 and had a few days where they left about 2 oz from the 12 bottle. We are moving into the stage 3 food because they seem to want more solid food not pureed. My girl has 2 teeth close to 3, the boy is about to have 2. I will be stopping baby food after what I have and moving into just feeding them what we eat (of course the soft stuff or mashed down).

Anyway just wondering what has happened with you. I feel that they are ready to move into more solid foods and want the bottle less and less. I also want to try to get them to push their dinner time to ours (about 5:30) so should I just make 4:15 snack time?! Not sure if this is possible because they go to bed about 6ish. Tried to get them to stay up longer but they refuse. Used to be 7 but since the time change they didn't want to budge at all. But lately they are getting fussy when we put them to bed, acting like they want a bottle but then are not ready for bed just yet.

    Any advice would be great!

At 9 months, our schedule was roughly this:
    7:30 bottle (7 oz)
    8:30 cereal with fruit
11:30- lunch (veggie, yogurt, finely cut up finger food or scrambled egg yolks...used to get a bottle here but dropped it around 8 months)
    2:00 bottle (7-8 oz)
4:30 bottle (5-6 oz...this was our second bottle we dropped, but I don't think we did it 9 months yet)
5:00-5:30 dinner (puree/cut up finger food)
    7:00 bedtime, bottle (7 oz)
during the day, we offered a sippy with water.

I would say you could try to make 4:15 a snack time and see how they do with dinner at 5:30 and if it does not work, you can always go back to the old schedule. Looking at your schedule, it looks pretty good. I'd follow their cue and the bottles that they are drinking less of make less of but it looks good to me.

At that age we were doing a bottle first thing in the morning. Then breakfast, then a bottle around mid-morning (10:30 or so), then lunch at around 12:00. Then they had one bottle in the afternoon around 2 or 3:00, then dinner, then bottle before bed. So, we always had bottle, food, bottle, food, bottle, food, bottle. Started & ended the day with a bottle & alternated with food the rest of the day.

So, if I were changing your schedule, I would swap the 12:00 bottle & the 11:00 lunch. So that there would be a bottle somewhere around 10:30, then lunch around 12 or 12:30. Then leave the rest of the day as is.

This is what we were doing at 9 months too!

I also agree with Tina, but I also see they get a bottle at 7am and then breakfast at 7:30. Can you push that breakfast off a bit, until 8-8:30am, say before their nap? They may naturally drop one of their afternoon bottles then.
    Something like this:

    7 6-7 oz bottle
8-8:30 Breakfast - yogurt about 8 oz with oatmeal mixed in (my boy eats that, my girl eats about 6 oz)
    11 Bottle
    1 Lunch
    3:30 6-7 oz bottle
    5 Dinner - stage 2 fruit 8 oz (b) 6 oz (g)
    6:15 6-7 oz bottle (bedtime)

I know the food didn't seem to hold my babies a full 3 hrs, but it was okay for 1.5-2 hrs or so. We had just added a 3rd solids feeding in at 9 months, and were down to 4 bottles a day.
