We went to the doctor for check ups. DD weighs 18 lb 8 oz (50%) and is 30 in tall (above 97%). DS weighs 18 lb (30 %) and is 30 inches tall (90%). Both of their head were at like 90% but DS was bigger. They are doing great and growing.

I had posted earlier about my concerns on DS foot pointing out 90 degrees and his ankle twisting funny. Everyone said not to worry but the dr agrees with me it is not normal. We are to go get x-rays next week and go from there. I am so worried he will have to have surgery to correct. I know I should just wait but I can't imagine how that would be. Or he could have to wear a brace or a cast. So pray for us and hopefully we will find out soon what is going on.

Oh I forgot to post pics.

They are adorable! I love Kayla's expression in the photo of them together - precious!!

I hope that his foot gets better and that surgery is not required!

My goodness are your kiddos CUTE! I just love little overalls....

I tried hard to look at Tanner's foot in the photo, but I have a hard time seeing what you're saying. At our 9 mo appt, I demanded my DS Conner's feet get checked as well. His go out almost 90 degrees at times, rotating all the way out from the hip. He was diagnosed with "Femoral Torsion" & "Tibial Torsion", pretty much meaning his legs turn outward. Nowadays they don't do surgery or braces to correct it...it's something he'll have to outgrow. I firmly believe it's hindering his gross motor skills, although our Ped claims it shouldn't be. Conner doesn't crawl or pull up & I think it's because those darn legs are hard to balance on! In pictures, you can't see his problem & most people don't notice it much at all when he's sitting or being held. I do, but I'm the Mama :)!

PM me or reply back as I'm curious to see if Tanner has something like what my Conner has. It's supposedly very common in multiples since they get so jammed up in the womb!!!!

Oh they are so stinkin' cute!

Keep us updated on his ankle situation. I hope it can be helped with a brace and doesn't require surgery.
