9 mo. appt. today

I just have to share, we had such a great appt. today!! We had to switch pedis because ours (whom we absolutely adore) is moving to TX so today we saw the new guy. Love him too thank goodness! He said he is very pleased and told me to keep up the good work. I thought that was very nice.

Lauren is 19 pounds an 27 1/2 inches and Emma is 20 pounds and 28 1/4 inches - holy chunky loves!

As for answers to all the questions I have posted here lately, he agrees with all of you! :Clap: He was not concerned at all that they are not crawling or pulling up. He said that to be delayed is sometimes normal and he would be concerned if they aren't walking or showing signs of trying, by 14 months. As for the increase in crying spells, he said normal (oh yay on that one, guess I need to stock up on the wine for me). And as far as pureed foods, I described how they have been acting during lunch/dinner most days and he says it sounds like they are done. So, onto more finger foods we go!

He also mentioned he sees Lauren's next tooth (#5!!) coming in and it looks like Emma may sprout her first ones soon.

Great appointment...congrats on finding a new pedi that you like. I don't know what I would do if mine moved away (have had the same one for 13 yrs)
